File this under the “why didn’t they have toys like this when I was a kid” category. Toy State has a line of radio controlled Hot Wheels vehicles that are tricked out with working lights, sound effects, and a rumbling engine. These R/C cars are speedy little machines that offer a whole lot of fun.
My son and I played with Toy State’s Quicksand vehicle from the Hot Wheels R/C car lineup. It is designed to look like an off road vehicle and had plenty of details including brightly colored shocks, a spoiler, and working headlights. The engine in the back lit up and would rumble as we raced the car around the house. And after we drove the dogs crazy with all the commotion, we took the Hot Wheels R/C car outside for some off road fun.
The car held up like a champ as we drove it off the curb and raced around the street. My son drove the car through the dirt field in the empty lot at the end of our street and seemed rather pleased when he found a few mud puddles to drive through. The controller for the R/C car has a simple design, which made it easy for my son to drive. Toy State makes it easy to have fun with this car.
The Toy State Engine Power R/C cars retail for about $34.99 and are available on Amazon or at Walmart, Target, Kmart, and Toys R Us. The Quicksand vehicle we played with is recommended for ages 6 and up. If you are looking for a fun, easy to use R/C car for your child, check out Toy State’s line of vehicles. They have a ton of features and are well designed, so they can hold up even when mud puddles get in the way.
