A few months ago, we decided to change our routine of eating dinner in front of the TV and instead have been making use of our dining room table. Dinner time has become family time, as we share highlights from our day.
The other night, my wife made parmesan crusted chicken, which tasted great and only required 30 min to prepare. You basically just use a little Miracle Whip to hold the parmesan cheese and bread crumbs onto the chicken and then bake it at 425 degrees. In a few minutes, dinner is ready.
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lbs.)
- 4 tsp. Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Combine Miracle Whip with cheese in medium bowl. Arrange chicken on baking sheet. Evenly top with Mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- Bake until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 20 minutes.
Whether you are having family dinner or at a tailgate party, Miracle Whip can add a one-of-a-kind taste to every dish. Below are links to a few other recipes for the fall that are easy-to-make and won’t go unnoticed:
