Virgin America is running a Google Offers special for 50% off flights to/from Los Angeles. You pay $50 for the half off deal, which is valid on travel August 22 – November 14. This is a great way to save on a Disneyland trip if you’re planning to visit this fall. This offer expires in two days.
Update: The offer sold out fast! We’ll let you know if we see another deal like this one.
As with any discount of this size, there are some restrictions. The discount only works on seats in the main cabin (sorry, no cheap first class flights with this one). August 31 and September 3 are blocked out for travel. And most importantly, the tickets are non-refundable, which could be a deal breaker for those with fluid vacation plans. But these restrictions aside, you’ll likely save $50-$100 on your flight by using this offer, so it is a great deal to check out.
- Main Cabin non-refundable ticket
- Book by September 30 to travel between August 22 and November 14
- Fly between Los Angeles and one of the following cities: Chicago, Dallas, DC, Philadelphia and Portland
The fine print:

Sad to say that I missed this one. By the time I checked out the page, they had already sold out. Good tip though. This was a great deal for Virgin America.
