Here’s an early look at the Carthay Circle restaurant menu including the signature items for lunch and dinner. We also have an early look at the cocktails that will be served at the Carthay Circle Lounge.

At the Carthay Circle Restaurant, the food will feature contrasting bold flavors produced with modern techniques and Artisan-branded ingredients. The signature dishes will highlight the locally-sourced fresh produce, seafood and meats found throughout the region. Most of the dishes will play on a variety of senses: hot and cold, savory and bitter, sour and spicy, crunchy, sweet, and salty.
LUNCH MENU
- Signature Fire Cracker Duck Wings with Soy, Lime, and Sriracha Chili Sauce ($12)
- Grilled Angus Flank Steak Cobb Salad Mine Shaft Blue Cheese, Bacon, Avocado, and Arugula with Cabernet Essence ($22)
- Sautéed Northern Halibut with Relish of Roasted Red Bell Pepper, Caper Berry, and Orange ($34)
- Korean Pulled Pork Sandwich with Kimchi, Sriracha-Mayo, Sunny-side Egg, and Micro Cilantro ($18)

- Lobster Pad Thai Imperial Roll with Cashew Tamarind Sauce
- Duck Confit Sliders with Apricot Conserve, Watercress, Crisp Onions, and Taleggio Cheese
Carthay Circle Restaurant also offers an extensive signature-level wine program, highlighted primarily by California and new-world wines; and purified water is served as a standard offering from renewable and reusable decanters.
The Carthay Circle Lounge offers cocktails that are relevant to the era and handcrafted by expert bartenders using the art of mixology – a focus on glassware and drink-specific ice to enhance both flavor and presentation, and a unique table-side service presentation for signature beverages including martinis and classic punches. Selections include unique California craft beers from smaller boutique breweries; a broad assortment of wines by the glass, with a strong focus on top California wineries; and handcrafted purified seltzer sodas dispensed from antique seltzer bottles and muddled with seasonal fresh fruit.
