Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar at the Disneyland Hotel is one of the hidden gems of the Disneyland Resort. The bar has a wonderful outdoor patio, which is a great place to sit by the fire, enjoy a drink and unwind after a long day in the theme parks.
The bar has a few unique drinks that add to the charm of the place. The newest drink is the Shrunken Zombie Head cocktail which is a mixture of rums, tropical juice, sweet Falernum and cinnamon. But the best part of the drink is really the little zombie head souvenir mug it is served in.
The bar has a few other signature cocktails served in souvenir mugs. The Uh-Oa bowl is another rum drink with orange, passion fruit, guava, and grapefruit juices, falernum, cinnamon and freshly squeezed lime juice. It is a large sized drink and is “recommended for two or more guests.”
The other drink worth checking out is the Shipwreck on the Rocks served in one of Trader Sam’s Barrel Mugs. The drink is made with bourbon, muddled lemon and mint with organic agave nectar.
I’ll admit, I’m more of a scotch on the rocks guy than a connoisseur of fruity tropical drinks. But when you’re on vacation, a tropical drink in hand feels just right. And you know that you’ll get a lot more use out of a shrunken zombie head mug than you would ever get from one of those orange cone mugs from Cars Land.

A zombie drinking glass? I must have one! And how cool is it that the orange garnish in the glass looks like zombie brains.
