October is one of the best times to visit Great Wolf Lodge. The resorts get decked out for the annual Howl-O-Ween celebration, which this year kicks off on October 9 and continues through October 31. It is a fun way to celebrate the season in a family friendly setting.
Great Wolf Lodge has several fun, family activities in store for this Howl-O-Ween. One of our family’s favorites is the nightly trick-or-treat trail during which your child can trick-or-treat around the resort. Your don’t need a costume to participate, but you can wear one for added fun. It is a neat way to explore the resort and to get some treats along the way.
Other Howl-O-Ween activities include the Monster Bash Dance Party on Fridays and Saturdays, nightly costume parades, and Spooktacular Story Time. Great Wolf Lodge will also have a Howl-O-Ween scavenger hunt where guests can be entered to win a Trick or PEEPS! package if they find 10 of 12 PEEPS hidden around the resort. A winner will be drawn every night during Howl-O-Ween.
Of course, the best way to celebrate the season is with some sweet treats.
