Virgin America has a discount offer on travel Jan 12 – Mar 20, with flights starting at $49 each way.
There are a few great deals on flights from Portland to Los Angeles. Tues and Weds fares are only $69 each way and Saturday flights are $79. This is roughly a $60 – $80 savings over the standard fares we have seen for the same route.
To take advantage of this offer, you need to book by Dec 14 and purchase your travel at least 21 days in advance. Restrictions apply, of course, so check the fine print before booking.
Virgin America is one of the best airlines out there, but has fallen on hard times lately due to the sluggish travel market. The airline offers a premium experience over the standard airlines by giving customers better seats, in flight entertainment, new airplanes, and many other perks that make even the standard seats feel like first class.
