As you may have heard on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve, Disney has a special promotion planned for 2012 – an extra day of magic called “One More Disney Day.” For the first time ever, both Magic Kingdom Park (Florida) and Disneyland park (California) will stay open for 24 hours straight.
It has been a long time since Disneyland pulled an all-nighter like this, so there is sure to be surprises in store. But what we know now is that from 6 a.m., February 29 to 6 a.m., March 1, 2012 Disneyland will be open for a marathon day of fun.
Disney did let us in on one surprise. They launched the OneMoreDisneyDay.com site where, through Feb. 29, one person per day can win a Disney Parks vacation. You can find details about the sweepstakes opportunity as well as information about a special package offer for guests of Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resorts on the site.
